Red River Levels at Fargo Reach  33.45 Feet and projected to hit 38 feet on Sunday.  In Fargo, back-to-back major floods have occurred only three times in the 113 years of recorded meteorological history, figures compiled by the North Dakota state climatologist show.

Effective immediately, the Police Department will start escorting sandbag delivery trucks to various drop-off points throughout the city. Police will use lights and sirens with a lead car and trail car to escort semi-tractor trailers in groups of three to their drop-off points and then back to their loading points.
