The county also plans to deliver sand while stockpiling up to 100,000 sandbags.
County Engineer Keith Berndt said flood fight plans have been accelerated as clay levees will be built for the Round Hill, Forest River, Chrisan and Stockman’s subdivisions. In necessary, a levee will be built for Highland Park.
